Mary R. Carroll

Founder and CEO

Mary was raised in West Virginia, relocating to Northern Virginia in 1993, and later to the Front Royal area in 2015. While she appreciates all that Warren County has to offer, including camping, boating, and stunning views, she dedicates most of her leisure time to her grandchildren.

Mary possesses a wealth of experience in her profession, having begun her career in the title industry in 1997 as an office manager for a real estate company, before moving into title and escrow services in 2002. Throughout her career, she has gained the admiration of her clients due to her leadership, management skills, and expertise. She founded Quality Title, LLC, largely due to the tremendous support and encouragement from her clients, family, and friends, with the aim of delivering unparalleled service in the industry by providing fair pricing and surpassing expectations.

Will Carroll

Co-Owner

HR/IT/Marketing

Will was born and raised in West Virginia and subsequently served in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, as well as fishing and hunting.

He oversees the technology systems that safeguard your privacy and guarantees that all closing transactions are conducted securely. Additionally, he holds the positions of HR Manager and Marketing Director. He is a member of the board of directors for the Warren County Habitat for Humanity and participates in numerous community outreach initiatives.

Brandy Burgess

Branch Manager/

Settlement Agent/RON Notary

In her role as Branch Manager, she leverages her expertise across the industry. She assists in the mortgage closing process by checking loan documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy; gathers any missing information when necessary, organizes files, supports both internal and external customers, follows up on loan packages, and makes sure everything aligns with standard policies and procedures.

Dave Carroll

IT/Marketing

Dave moved to Luray in 2014, coming from southern West Virginia, where he worked as a heavy equipment operator at a surface mine. He has a broad work background across various fields and contributes a wealth of knowledge to Quality.

In his free time, he enjoys graphic design, reading, music, and playing Minecraft.

Angel Carroll

Processor

Angel is one of our processors and has been in the title industry for more than seven years. She plays a key role in gathering information and keeping in touch with everyone involved as she manages the entire transaction process from beginning to end. Knowing how stressful buying or selling a home can be for everyone, she values open communication and staying calm, which she believes is incredibly helpful. Additionally, she is cross-trained in post-closing and is a Virginia Notary.

On a personal note, Angel is a mom to two girls and loves to cook, color, play board games, and watch documentaries during her downtime.
